One of the first alloys to be produced by man, bronze is a durable and rugged metal that stands out for its golden-brown hue. Another striking feature is its ability to develop a patina over time, making each timepiece unique. The black dial, the gold-plated hands, and the subdued numerals harmonize perfectly with the bronze. At work inside the case is the IWC-manufactured 82100 caliber, a robust and reliable automatic movement. This mechanism uses the rotor’s smallest movements in either direction to build up a power reserve of 60 hours in the mainspring.
